Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Damaged Packages
The Lingerie Concierge is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if something goes wrong, please reach out—we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
